READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW PRIOR TO REGISTRATION!
Flag Placement is Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 7:30am sharp!
Enter at East Entrance and park near the Maintenance Building. Rally point is at the POW/MIA Flag Pole. Look for the Flag Utility Trailer. All Volunteers to report to the rally point at 7:30am.
Placement - All volunteers need to report to the Rally Point for updated instructions. Bring a rubber mallet, a 6 inch Phillips screwdriver and a 12" ruler and beverages to hydrate. Beverages will NOT be provided.
After brief instructions, Families will place their loved one's flag at 7:50am, remaining flags will be placed beginning at 8am. Once you finish your section, please go to the Columbaria walls or other sections to assist.
Memorial Day Ceremony will be held at 10am at Patriot Plaza. All volunteers are encouraged to attend the ceremony.
Flag Retirement is Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 8:00am SHARP! Report to the POW/MIA Flag Pole for instructions on bundling. Do not begin removal of flags until I give the go-ahead.
Flag Prep - Date will be in June 2026, after flags have dried and when I yell "HELP!"
